University selects Securiam IDM Test Tool
The University of Warwick has today agreed to use the Securiam IDM Test tool ‘radish’ to reduce test and regression times during the current Identity project. Securiam developed the vendor agnostic test tool using Open Source software to automate and speed up test and regression cycles. It can reduce test and regression cycles up to 75% with automatic scheduling and logging of test scenarios. The tool also helps a test team produce test plans with ‘natural language’ test definitions that generate PDF documentation.
Success Story - Lambeth Council
Securiam were selected by Lambeth Council to assist them in meeting their Code of Connection and PCI-DSS compliance requirement. Wellingbough Borough Council have selected Securiam's appliance based CoCo solution to simplify their IT security, auditing and management requirements. Most local authorities these days face tight deadlines and budgetary contraints that make complying with the latest Government Connect Secure Extranet compliance (CoCo) challenging to acheive.
To address these challenges Wellingborough Council have selected a rapid deploy Log Management appliance solution based on Novell's Sentinel technology and delivered by Securiam consulting team.

University of Warwick have selected Securiam to implement their new Student Provisioning solution. We will help Warwick save money and reduce costs through deployment of Securiam custom provisioning solutions.
This appointment extends our reach into academic world having successfully helped Blackpool and Fylde with a similar implementation.
Securiam at IDM 2009
Securiam sponsored the premier Identity event in the technology calendar - IDM 2009. All the major IAM vendors and a number of the larger system integrators were present.
The overall insight we gained from all our stand discussions confirmed the Securiam position of placing Governance and Compliance at the forefront of all IAM project planning.
We talked to a number of large enterprises who were impressed with our 'boutique' status as a provider of Identity and compliance solutions, as a result we are progressing a number of interesting business opportunities.

SecuriGrid Appliance to be Launched
Securiam are pleased to announce the upcoming launch of a new appliance based authentication solution.
Securiam's Director of Engineering Tony Headford said "The new appliance will provide a highly available grid-based authentication service for customers requiring stronger security than basic username/password methods without the cost of hardware tokens"
The solution will be available from the beginning of December.

Securiam Present to Novell
Securiam visited Novell House to present to the channel sales team on Monday 7th September; during the presentation we discussed our Sales and Marketing strategy including our NHS initiative and other campaigns. After a well received partner update we treated the team to lunch during a feedback session.
Trustmarque Update
Novell hosted a meeting Friday 4th September in which Trustmarque presented to Securiam and other Novell partners the new company structure; during an account update they outlined their strategy to market Novell solutions within the NHS.
Code of Connection Compliance at Lambeth Council
Securiam have just been selected by Lambeth Council to assist them in meeting their Code of Connection compliance. Lambeth have purchased Sentinel Log Manager Appliance which is a scalable appliance based solution, this appliance can be quickly deployed at a customers site and immediately available to collect security log data.
2 Factor Authentication
Following an introduction at InfoSec 2009, Securiam re-inforced a commitment to work with technology partners by signing an exploratory NDA with 2 factor authentication provider Swivel.

Securiam recently teamed up with GSS to help increase market share. In our first combined venture we are past the first stage in bidding for a signicant contract with the regional department of a Home office controlled body.
Novell - Gold Partner Status
Securiam achieved Gold Partner status in June 2009, this recognition by Novell after only 18 months of enlisting on their partner program is significant.
The new status also allows Securiam to offer existing and future Novell clients superior support services with SLA's backed by Novell Worldwide support.
GCSx CoCo Solution Pack
The Securiam are pleased to announce the release of their Code of Connection Solution Pack 1.0. This solution pack contains authentication, privilege change, user status management, restricted file access and dashboard reports.
